New Delhi: Dr. Sandeep Marwah, the Chancellor of AAFT University of Media and Arts, was blessed by Hon. Ram Nath Kovind Ji, the former President of India, on the occasion of World Press Freedom Day. During the visit, Dr. Marwah had the opportunity to discussed the various activities and initiatives undertaken by Marwah Studios, AAFT, and ICMEI at Noida Film City.
Marwah Studios, the state-of-the-art first film and television studio of North India, has been providing unparalleled services to the media and entertainment industry for over three decades. Dr. Marwah briefed Hon. Kovind Ji about the studio’s contribution to the growth of the film industry in India and its successful collaborations with international filmmakers.
Dr. Marwah also shared about the achievements and contributions of AAFT, one of the leading media institutions in the country. For over 30 years, AAFT has been providing high-quality education and training to aspiring media professionals. Hon. Kovind Ji was apprised of the significant role played by AAFT in shaping the future of the industry and the accomplishments of its alumni.
Lastly, Dr. Marwah discussed the initiatives of the International Chamber of Media and Entertainment Industry (ICMEI), which is a global organization that aims to promote peace, love, and unity through art and culture. Dr. Marwah shared with Hon. Kovind Ji the various initiatives undertaken by ICMEI, including film festivals, cultural exchange programs, and media summits.
