Dr. Sandeep Marwah Highlights Cinema’s Global Influence at 19th Global Film Festival Noida 2026 . Dr. Sandeep Marwah, Founder of Noida Film City, President of Marwah Studios, Chancellor of AAFT University, Vice President of the Film Federation of India (FFI), and Advisor to the Government of India, addressed a distinguished gathering during the second session of the 19th Global Film Festival Noida 2026 at Marwah Studios, Film City, Noida.
In his address, Dr. Marwah highlighted the growing influence of cinema as a powerful medium of art, culture, communication and international understanding. He emphasised its ability to connect people through shared stories and emotions, encourage appreciation of diverse cultures, and create opportunities for cooperation across national boundaries.
Dr. Marwah reaffirmed the festival’s commitment to bringing the global film fraternity together on one vibrant platform. He stressed the importance of interaction between established professionals and emerging talent, enabling young filmmakers and students to broaden their perspectives and understand their role in shaping meaningful cinema.
The session brought together personalities from cinema, media, fashion, music, literature and international cultural affairs.
