Strengthening India–America Ties Through Culture and Commerce: Dr. Sandeep Marwah Acknowledged at IACC National Meet. New Delhi, 27th July 2025 — The Indo-American Chamber of Commerce (IACC) hosted its prestigious National Meet at Hotel Lalit, New Delhi, bringing together key stakeholders from the world of business, diplomacy, and culture. The event focused on enhancing bilateral trade and cultural exchange between India and the United States, in line with the shared vision of strategic cooperation and democratic values.
Addressing the distinguished gathering, IACC National President Mr. A. Shekhar emphasized the need for dynamic leadership within the Chamber and highlighted the significant contributions of Dr. Sandeep Marwah. President of Marwah Studios and a well-known cultural ambassador. “Dr. Sandeep Marwah can play a greater role in the Chamber if given the opportunity. We want him to take on a larger responsibility within IACC,” said Mr. Shekhar.
In response, Dr. Sandeep Marwah expressed his deep commitment to fostering Indo–American relations through soft diplomacy. “As Chair of the Indo-American Film and Cultural Forum, I have always believed in strengthening bilateral ties through art, cinema, and culture. I am humbled to have been the first Indian to be honored by the New York State Assembly. Such as the California State Assembly, and recently appreciated by the Office of the President of the United States. These recognitions only strengthen my resolve to do more for Indo–American collaboration,” he said.
