Situated in the National Capital Region, is `Noida’ that has attained international media recognition with 16 films and television productions houses, and 350 satellite television channels that beam its programs to 162 countries. Sandeep Marwah laid out the blueprint of the Film City in 1988 and later got the UP Government’s sanction for the project and roped in famous film producers to set up film production facilities in this lesser-known complex. Ever since the completion of the film city project, Sandeep Marwah has worked relentlessly to ensure that the film city complex is self-sufficient with all comforts and facilities. It is estimated that there are 17, 000 professionals from the media fraternity who work in three shifts round the clock in the Noida Film City. Noida Film City has become a center of attraction for the media professionals, intellectuals and other public figures from foreign countries who come to India and make a beeline to Noida to get a first-hand account of how it is organized. The Noida Film City is a great success story of modern India!

Sandeep Marwah established the Asian Academy of Film & Television successfully and then kickstarted his own film production company in 1994. Thereafter, he created a niche for himself and promoted cinema as an art with the production of a record number of 2000 short films, and 10 feature films. And these have been telecast on satellite television channels and picked up by numerous cable television networks. His film `Coffee House’ was adjudged the best film at the 3rd International Women Film Festival besides `I AM’ as the `Best Film of the Year’ for President’s National Award in 2012. The Gdynsk Film Festival of Poland had created a special segment for his films. The Hungarian Film fraternity had also honoured Sandeep Marwah for `Shoot For Life’ in 2013 besides the International Film Festival of Egypt. Today, he has achieved due recognition as a well-known film producer from the national and international film fraternities!

With a strong desire to add value to the film courses, Sandeep Marwah began the International Film and Television Club (IFTC) at the Noida Film City in 1995. The Club offers a platform for amateur and well-established filmmakers to showcase their films at the film fest. As of now, it has organized about 10 film festivals to the world. These include:

AAFT Festival of Short Digital Films has to its credit of being the only fest to have organized a record number of 83 film festivals in the world. About 2000 debut films of 1900 new directors from 94 countries were screened at this festival. `Global Film Festival Noida’ had been declared as the `Most happening Film Festival of the World’ by the World Film Festival Organization in 2012 after the three-day fest showcased 540 films and 52 events infront of 17, 000 viewers.

The International Film & Television Research Center (IFTRC) the first and the only Film & Television Research Centre in Indian private sector had been established by Prof. Sandeep Marwah in 1996. The objective of International Film & Television Research Center (IFTRC) is to support the production of purposeful visual media programs. IFTRC regularly conduct debates, discussions, workshops and seminars on media related subjects. It also invites national and international media professionals, intellectuals and public figures for interaction with the press, television organizations and students specialization in Media. 

Marwah Studios started the International Public Broadcasting Forum (IPBF) to inform, educate and entertain the public. It produces and transmits Radio and TV programs that benefit society, that is sidelined and not broadcast due to the commercialization of the media. It highlights daily issues and selects people from complex societies to reflect and analyze them on a deeper level. It helps and supports producers of radio and television programs to broadcast it to the public. It acts as a facilitator to exchange non-commercial radio and television programs with their producers around the world. It conducts extensive research with the audience to decipher people’s likes and dislikes and ascertain the need for non-commercial programs. This forum organizes lively debates, seminars, workshops, and symposiums related to public service broadcasting.

The International Children’s Film Forum (ICFF) is one of its kind in the Indian private sector that has been created by Sandeep Marwah. This forum lends credence and support to `The Children’s Film Society of India (ICFF), which is funded by the government. It believes that pictures in motion spell magic on the young minds of children and can even form an alternative to parents and teachers who are levied with a huge responsibility to guide them. It holds debates, seminars, symposiums, workshops, and film festivals for kids and even ensures that these films are screened for school children. ICFF conducts extensive research on the films before they are screened for children. It also facilitates the exchange of children’s films at the global level and gives due recognition to filmmakers around the world. It also supports producers of children’s films in varied ways and ensures that there is a sensible exchange of films throughout the world. It also undertakes the onus to shape the moral character and social behavior of children.

International Women’s Film Forum had been formed by the President Asian Society for Film & Television Sandeep Marwah, with a view to bringing in voices of women from around the world and for finding a solution to the problems being faced by them in a male dominated society.

International Film Forum focuses on issues such as women’s rights, women empowerment and women’s contribution to the society through screening of films made for women and by the women, debates and seminars.

Sandeep Marwah is a strong votary for granting a place of pride to the women, they deserve, in the society.

Sandeep Marwah, considers art as an act of expressing feelings, thoughts and observations in a visual form which has a grammar of its own. In his view, this creative articulation guides all our senses towards the symbolic expression by the artist. With the intent to bringing the art connoisseurs of the Capital close to the contemporary Indian Art, he established.

MEC Art Gallery at New Delhi in 1991, which was inaugurated by the former President of India, Giani Zail Singh. MEC Art Gallery has been well known for exhibiting contemporary paintings and sculptures by well known Indian artists as well as the amateurs. It supports the artists by organizing art exhibitions, art conferences, art workshops and the sale of their original artwork, from time to time.

Students and practitioners from the field of Fine Arts and Performing Arts are given immense support and guidance by the Asian Academy of Arts (AAA) which comes under the Marwah Education Group. Different artists such as photographers, sculptors and painters exhibit their inherent talent and garner publicity for their artwork through the exhibitions organized from time to time by this union. Writers and poets also get invited to highlight the challenges and opportunities in the world of literature. As a connoisseur of these artforms, Sandeep Marwah lends due recognition and development in the development of fine, and performing arts of artists.

Dismayed with the technological achievement leading to the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction as well the cross-border and internal armed conflicts in many parts of the world, which adversely affect the people, Sandeep Marwah had constituted World Peace Development and Research Foundation. For a country like India, struggling to find its soul from centuries of foreign denomination is of prime importance. This in turn requires long-lasting peace. The national approach to conflict must, first and foremost aim, at its deterrence and dissuasion to enable peaceful atmosphere.

Sandeep Marwah has been inspired by Gandhian thought of non-violence-goodwill towards all life and hatred towards none. This Foundation has been spreading the message of love respect for the viewpoints of others and peaceful co-existence.

Sandeep Marwah is a passionate journalist who founded the Asian News Agency. The agency is a leader in the provision of news to print and electronic media, Radio, and Cable TV. A battery of reporters, photographers, TV journalists spread across the country update the news agency from time to time. Besides, additional information is gathered from the web and social sites from the internet. After the authenticity of the news is ascertained, it is edited and sent to the needy persons. The focus is mainly on culture and entertainment news. Solely guided by its founder, it has reached heights in the world of journalism with its set of professional reporters and editors.

Of all the dramatic media, radio is the most visual which means that it has immense power to make a significant impact on the mind of its listeners. Also, radio has a massive reach and can influence masses greatly.

Under the systematic direction of Mr. Sandeep Marwah, Radio Noida 107.4 FM has been entertaining more than 2 million listeners spread all over Noida Film City. This radio station has been sanctioned by the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Govt. of India.

It is a community radio station actively broadcasting programmes on various significant issues related to education, healthcare, agriculture and environment. More than half of the programmes broadcasted are produced with the zestful participation of the community.

Radio Noida 107.4 FM chiefly aims at educating, informing and empowering the marginalized sections of the community who need a little more awareness and enlightenment.

The hunger for entertainment and knowledge has made television indispensable to mankind. In today’s era, television is no more a luxury but a sheer necessity and also one of the biggest medium of mass communication.

Realising the immense importance of television, Sandeep Marwah started the television channel named MSTV.

MSTV is an online television channel solely designed to educate and entertain the masses around the globe by showcasing various short films, informative programs on varied topics and interactions with eminent people from various walks of life hailing from across the globe.

MSTV, through it’s Internet channel and YouTube channel has a global reach and provides an amazing platform to the entire world for exchanging ideas and information.

Knowledge is the only thing that increases by sharing and growth is only possible by accumulating more and more of this valuable commodity.

They say that if your aim is to change the world then journalism is the strongest weapon and on account of this thought, Sandeep Marwah launched the International Journalism Centre (IJC) with the strong motive of providing significant journalism education to the aspiring journalists and lending all the possible support to them. IJC has also been actively working to keep all the established journalists well-informed about the current practices of good journalism.

It is noteworthy that, initially there wasn’t any day to acknowledge the efforts of the watchdogs of the society, i.e. our diligent journalists! Realizing this, Mr. Marwah marked 12^th February as the International Journalism Day to celebrate the endeavors of all the great journalists of the society.

International Chamber of Media & Entertainment Industry has been established for the promotion and growth of media and entertainment industry across the world; lend support to the industry professionals in all possible manners; to give media and entertainment industry the place of pride it deserves; and to try and unite the people of world through art and culture. The Chamber has routinely been organizing national and international events such as seminars, symposia, debates, conferences; screening of films and television programmers; dance and music recitals; fashion shows; exhibition of painting art etc. to support the media and entertainment, fashion, tourism and hospitality industries. Large numbers of individuals and organizations across the world are the members of this chamber.

This forum is committed to spreading the message of non-violence, peaceful coexistence and respect for various religions of the world. Mahatma Gandhi the the Father of the Nation continues to inspire people across the world.

“Mahatma Gandhi Forum organizes debates, discussions and seminars on Gandhian philosophy, from time to time.

Pandit Jawahar Lal Nehru Forum is yet another initiative of Sandeep Marwah in the memory of the architect of modern India, Pandit Jawahar Lal Nehru who has played a major role in shaping the country. Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru had set the industrialization of India and propelled its economic growth. 

This forum works for securing justice-social economic and political; liberty of thought, expression, belief, faith and worship; equality of status and of opportunity; and provide among all of them fraternity assuring the dignity of the individual and the unity and integration of the nation for the citizen of India.

The President of Asian Education Group Prof. Sandeep Marwah had established this Forum in the fond memory of a great teacher, a great philosopher and a great humanist Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan – one of India’s best and most influential twentieth century scholars of comparative religion and philosophy. The objective of Sarvepalli Radha-Krishnan Forum is to device ways and means of preserving and promoting India’s rich cultural heritage.

Shaheed Bhagat Singh Forum is an initiative of film & Television centre headed by Prof. Sandeep Marwah. Shaheed Bhagat Singh, the greatest Indian, was one of the most prominent faces of Indian freedom struggle. Shaheed Bhagat Singh Forum organizes debates and discussions, from time to time and programs on his birth anniversary to develop the true spirit of patriotism among the youth.

Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Forum is an initiative of International Film & Television Research Centre headed by Sandeep Marwah. Pandit Deedayal Upadhyay was a man of soaring idealism, a philosopher, a sociologist, a historian, a political scientist and a journalist, all rolled into one. Panditji conceived the political philosophy – ‘Integral Humanism’ which advocated simultaneous and integrated program of the body and mind. Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Forum highlights the essence of his writings through debates, seminars and symposia from time to time.

Sardar Patel Forum, an initiative of Asian Education Group was formally launched on the 31st October 2015. Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel had played a leading role in India’s struggle for freedom and he was instrumental in its integration into a united independent nation. 

Sardar Patel Forum strives to perpetuate the memory of this great son of India through seminars, Symposia and debates.

Shakespeare Society Noida is an initiative of Sandeep Marwah. Shakespeare is considered as the best English Poet and playwright ever and his writings are timeless and universal. Shakespeare Society intends to get the outstanding works of this literary genius translated into Hindi and stage his plays from time to time.

Formation of Shakespeare Society is a manifestation of Prof. Sandeep Marwah support to the theatre movement in India.

President of Asian Education Group Prof. Sandeep Marwah had established a chain of schools to impart elementary education to the underprivileged children of the society. Apna Schools functioned in make-shift accommodation in the slum areas a few years back with 8 students has completed its 8 years with 12 branches and 800 students who are studying in these schools. Asian Education Group provides uniforms, books and writing material to the children and pays a token honorarium to the teachers.

Prof. Sandeep Marwah is deeply committed to the welfare of the underprivileged section of the Indian society.

Sandeep Marwah, is the Founder and the Patron-in-Chief of Global Yoga Alliance-a confederation of all Yoga alliances of the world. This Global alliance is of the view that the Yoga lovers, teachers and researchers should be brought under one umbrella organization, such as the Global Yoga Alliance, in order to integrate different viewpoints and schools on the subject. Yoga is now being increasingly accepted in many countries as a scientific approach to good health and holistic wellness.

Prof. Sandeep Marwah is a firm believer is Yoga as an integral part of one’s life style and has been promoting it among the people across the world.

Bhawani Eduational & Children care Society of Udaipur, Rajasthan has nominated President of Asian Education Group Prof. Sandeep Marwah as its Patron. This society formed in 1999, is working nationwide for the welfare of the underprivileged in all possible manner section of the society in all possible manner. The society attaches great importance to ameliorating the sufferings of the disabled and the special need of the poor children. The members of Bhawani Educational & Children care Society consider their selfless and voluntary service to the needy as worship of god. 

Writers association of India has been created to help and support established writers as well as new comers. It welcomes writers from all walks of life from literary books, fiction and non-fiction, bloggers, travel writers and fashion writers to promote literature in India. The association will produce documentaries on the lives of some prominent writers of India and celebrate anniversaries of National and International renowned writers.

 National awards have already been constituted under the name of Dr Sarojini Naidu, a renowned poet and freedom fighter of India and late prime Minister of India Shri Atal Bihari Bajpaiyi, a great poet, scholar and politician.

Sandeep Marwah was instrumental in forming Shaheed Bhagat Singh College Alumni Association at the behest of the Principal of the college in 1978 and was nominated as its President. Shaheed Bhagat Singh College is one of the most sought after colleges of Delhi University by the students. This college has provided many distinguished civil servents, diplomats, judges of the lower and superior courts, politicians and businessman.

Global Counter Terrorism Council is a registered non-profit International Level Think Tank initiated by public spirited individuals to awaken further issues of national interest and global conscience about terrorism as a threat to humanity, human security etc.

Prof. Sandeep Marwah has been nominated as the President of Asian Unity Alliance for being in the forefront of the campaign for the formation of the Asian Union.

Newspaper Association of India (NAI) had nominated the internationally renowned media personality  Sandeep Marwah as their Patron-in-Chief in recognition of his valuable support to all those associated with small and medium newspapers and periodicals. NAI is a non-for-profit trade association of 6000 plus owners and the journalists. This association works closely with govt. in the matter of safeguarding the interest of small and medium newspapers.

President of Asian Society for Film & Television Sandeep Marwah has been nominated as the Managing Director of National Federation of Tourism & Transport Cooperatives of India Ltd. for a period of 5 years by the Chairperson of National Cooperatives Union of India and member of Rajya Sabha, honourable Chatarpal Singh Yadav, in November 2015. NFTC is a nodal body set up by the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Govt. of India, to nurture and perfect the working of cooperatives in the tourism and transport sectors of India.
