New Delhi: Renowned film, television and media personality Dr. Sandeep Marwah founder of Noida Film City, Marwah Studios and Chancellor of AAFT University of Media and Arts is now on the board of Media & Entertainment Skills Council informed Mohit Soni CEO of the council.
“The Governing Board of MESC comprises of eminent industry leaders and professionals, responsible for driving forward the strategic direction of the organization. Ensuring most ethical and fair practices for the betterment of entire Media & Entertainment ecosystem,” said Mohit Soni Chief Executive Officer of MESC.
“When I read the mission statement of MESC that Media and Entertainment Skills Council aims to promote skill development initiatives by catalysing creation of quality vocational institutions aligned to industry requirements in Media and Entertainment Sector and thus creating a pool of skilled workforce for ready deployment, I decided to join the board. I am thankful to Chairman Padam Shri Ramesh Sippy and Mohit Soni CEO for inviting me to the MESC,” thanked Sandeep Marwah.
Founded in 2012, Media & Entertainment Skills Council is a Not-for-Profit Organization, registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860. The Council has been promoted by Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FICCI) with financial support by National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC). The key objective of MESC is to create a robust and vibrant eco-system for quality vocational education and skill development in Media & Entertainment space in the country.
