Noida, August 16, 2026: AAFT – Asian Academy of Film & Television, in association with the Rotary E Club of Winter Haven, celebrated International Youth Day at Marwah Studios, Film City Noida, with a special programme dedicated to the energy, creativity, talent and potential of young people.

Addressing the gathering, Dr. Sandeep Marwah, President of AAFT and Rotary Club, said, “Youth are the greatest strength and hope of any nation. Their creativity, innovation, courage and ability to adapt can transform society and shape a better future. We must provide young people with the right education, skills, opportunities and platforms to express themselves and contribute meaningfully to the nation and the world.”

Dr. Marwah further emphasised that the media and entertainment industry can play a significant role in empowering youth by providing opportunities in filmmaking, journalism, television, digital media, music, animation, fashion, performing arts and other creative disciplines.

He also highlighted the importance of international collaboration and said that associations such as Rotary provide young people with opportunities to interact with communities across the globe, understand different cultures and work together for peace and social development.

Representatives of the Rotary E Club of Winter Haven appreciated the initiative and said that International Youth Day is an opportunity to recognise the achievements of young people and encourage them to become responsible global citizens. They stressed the importance of education, leadership, service and cultural exchange in empowering the next generation.

The celebration brought together students, faculty members, media professionals, cultural personalities and Rotary representatives at Marwah Studios. The programme concluded with a collective message to encourage youth to pursue excellence, embrace creativity and become ambassadors of love, peace and unity through art and culture.
