Noida, India: Dr. Sandeep Marwah, President of the International Chamber of Media and Entertainment Industry (ICMEI) and Chair of the Indo-Philippines Film and Cultural Forum, extended his heartiest congratulations and best wishes to H.E. Josel F. Ignacio, Ambassador of the Republic of the Philippines to India, and the people of the Philippines on the joyous occasion of the 128th Independence Day of the Philippines, celebrated on 12th June.
