Noida, India – The 10th Global Literary Festival concluded with an unforgettable celebration of international culture, spotlighting the rich culinary heritage of Algeria. The Cuisines from Algeria segment was inaugurated by H.E. Ali Achoui, the Ambassador of Algeria to India, at a vibrant food festival that brought diverse flavors from around the world to Noida.
The event, organized by the AAFT School of Hospitality and Tourism, showcased an exquisite range of Algerian dishes, reflecting the North African nation’s unique blend of Mediterranean, Berber, and Arab culinary influences. Shri Tirath Singh Rawat, Member of Parliament and former Chief Minister of Uttarakhand, graced the occasion as the Chief Guest.
