AAFT Hosts Engaging Mental Health Workshop by Aruna Babbar at Marwah Studios Noida, Film City: AAFT, in association with Marwah Studios, organised the first session of a Mental Health Workshop conducted by renowned counsellor and wellness expert Aruna Babbar. The workshop proved to be highly engaging, interactive, and insightful, with enthusiastic participation from students across various disciplines.
Addressing the gathering, Aruna Babbar emphasised the importance of mental health, emotional well-being, and self-care in today’s fast-paced world. Through interactive discussions, practical examples, and thought-provoking exercises, she encouraged students to openly share their experiences, manage stress effectively, and build emotional resilience.
“The enthusiasm and openness shown by the students made the session extremely meaningful. Mental well-being is the foundation of personal growth, academic success, and professional excellence. Creating awareness and encouraging conversations around mental health is the need of the hour,” said Aruna Babbar.

As a mark of appreciation for her outstanding contribution towards promoting mental health awareness, Dr. Sandeep Marwah presented Life Membership of the International Film and Television Club of Marwah Studios to Aruna Babbar, welcoming her into the prestigious global fraternity of media, arts, and cultural ambassadors.
The session was widely appreciated by students and faculty alike and marked the beginning of a series of wellness initiatives aimed at fostering a healthy, positive, and supportive learning environment at AAFT.
