AAFT Showcases the Culinary Heritage of Cyprus at the 13th Global Festival of Journalism & AVGC Noida 2025

Noida: The AAFT School of Hospitality and Tourism brought the flavors of Cyprus to India during the 13th Global Festival of Journalism & AVGC Noida 2025 at Marwah Studios, Film City. The event was graced and inaugurated by H.E. Evagoras Vryonides, High Commissioner of Cyprus to India, marking yet another milestone in AAFT’s efforts to foster international cultural exchange.

Speaking on the occasion, H.E. Evagoras Vryonides expressed his appreciation for AAFT’s commitment to promoting global traditions and heritage through food. He remarked:
“Cuisine is a vital part of cultural diplomacy, bringing people together through shared experiences. Cyprus has a rich culinary tradition, and it is an honor to present it on such a prestigious platform in India.”

Dr. Sandeep Marwah, President of Marwah Studios and International Journalism Centre, highlighted the importance of cultural connections in education and media:
“At AAFT, we believe that cultural exchange plays a crucial role in global harmony. This initiative is another step in strengthening the ties between India and Cyprus, fostering understanding through art, media, and cuisine.”

The event was supported by the Indo-Cyprus Film and Cultural Forum, AAFT, and ICMEI, further reinforcing the strong bilateral relations between the two nations. Guests at the festival enjoyed an authentic taste of traditional Cypriot cuisine, experiencing the rich flavors and history behind each dish.

With its commitment to uniting cultures through education, arts, and media, AAFT continues to set benchmarks in international collaboration, making the 13th Global Festival of Journalism & AVGC Noida 2025 a landmark global event.
