ICMEI Extends Congratulations to Republic of Congo on Independence Day. New Delhi, August 15, 2025: The International Chamber of Media and Entertainment Industry (ICMEI) and the art and culture fraternity of India, under the leadership of Dr. Sandeep Marwah, President of Marwah Studios, extended warm congratulations to H.E. Raymond Serge Bale. Hence Ambassador of the Republic of Congo, and to the people of Congo on the joyous occasion of their Independence Day, celebrated on 15th August.
