Global Inspirational Women Awards 2022 online

London: World Humanitarian Foundation & Trident Communications London, a well-known media entertainment and event management company announced the Global Inspirational Women Awards on 29th January 2022 in association with ICMEI (International Chamber of Media & Entertainment Industry), Lion Club Delhi Veg to honour some of the prominent international women for their contribution to their respective fields.

The founders of Trident Communications Mr Shiv Kakran & Mr Mayank Dahiya believe in  saying that Women are known to have better intuition, patience, emotional focus, compassion and networking ability. The list of female strengths is endless.

Trident Communications planned these awards as a virtual ceremony and invited many celebrities along with awardees from different parts of the world. The ceremony started with honouring Prof S. P. Singh Baghel – Union Minister of State Ministry of Law & Justice, Govt. of India as Chief Guest, Mr Virendra Sharma – Member of Parliament of the United Kingdom as Guest of Honour and Dr Sandeep Marwah as the Global Cultural Ambassador.

Sandeep Marwah Chaired Meeting of BIS in Ministry of Consumer Affairs

New Delhi: “I am thankful to each and every member of committee on Media & Entertainment Industry SSD-13 in Bureau of Indian Standards, Ministry of Consumer Affairs Food and Public Distribution, Government of India where we are all involved with the planning and designing of standards for Indian media and entertainment Industry,” said Dr. Sandeep Marwah National Chairman of the committee while talking to the professionals from the industry in the fifth meeting of the media chapter.

The committee was framed two years back and ten subcommittees were created including Print, Radio, Television & OTT, Cinema, Education & Skill Development, Sound & Music, Event Management, New Media and Advertising.

Every subcommittee has some professionals from the industry sharing their vast experiences and expertise to frame better standards for the industry. The board has invited professionals and experts for suggestions from Airtel Digitel TV, Advertising Standards Council of India, Amazon Prime Video India, Association of Bangalore Animation Industry, Association of Radio Operators of India, Central Board of Film Certification, Children Film Society India, Confederation of Indian Industry and Dolby Technology India P Ltd.

Sandeep Marwah Presented India in ICHR Independence Day Celebration

New Delhi: “Unity and integrity has brought India on the top of the list  of best nations of the World. The industries and services are rising in turnover and becoming normal slowly and steady after pandemic. India is already a three trillion Dollar Economy. I am proud to be Indian. India has a very high reputation in the World market,” said Dr Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios and Chancellor AAFT University in a webinar organised by ICHR to celebrate 73rd Republic Day of India.

Indian illustrator Anand Radhakrishnan won an Eisner Award for the graphic novel Blue in Green, Sirisha Bandla became the second Indian-born woman to go into space, Neeraj Chopra won the Olympic gold for India in Tokyo, becoming only the second Indian to have clinched an individual medal, Harnaaz Sandhu was crowned Miss UniverseKamala Harris had a brief taste of the U.S. presidency, Indian documentaryWriting With Firemade the 2022 Oscar shortlist for Best Documentary Feature, Sunjeev Sahota was longlisted for the 2021 Booker Prize for Fiction, India bagged three nominations at the International Emmy Awards, Indian composer Ricky Kej was nominated for a Grammy and many other achievements of India were highlighted by Dr. Marwah.

Sandeep Marwah Keynote Speaker at 11th Global Virtual Conference

Canada: “The Pandemic has taught us many new things especially in education, we have now come a long way in these two years. The definition of education has changed and will soon be different in the coming years. Everyone has to be techno savvy to survive in education industry,” said Dr. Sandeep Marwah Chancellor of AAFT University of Media and Arts as keynote speaker in the 11th Global Virtual conference on Multidisciplinary Trends in Academic Research organised by Lead Philippines Canada.

“Enthusiasm is the key to success. Courses and classes must be very entertaining to attract students back to the classrooms. The development of the child has to be measured on daily and weekly basis in the most creative ways other than written examinations,” added Dr. Marwah expressing deeply the new concepts in education.

Sandeep Marwah Addressed MSME at SME Bizz Business Conference

30th January -Martyr’s Day Observed at ICMEI

New Delhi: “Bapu, with his non-violent teachings and ideas, played a very significant role in Indian independence movement and continues to be the most inspirational figure. Be the change that you wish to see in the world. The weak can never forgive. Forgiveness is the attribute of the strong. Live as if you were to die tomorrow. Learn as if you were to live for ever. Where there is love there is life,” said Dr. Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios and Chancellor AAFT University repeated the wrds of Gandhi in a   program organised by ICMEI to remember  Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi The father of Nation.

Fourteen years back we started Mahatma Gandhi Forum at AAFT and it has been now an asset organization of AAFT. Large number of books and films have been a part of this prestigious forum. We have been continuously broadcasting programs related to Gandhi on MSTV, Radio Noida and Radio Raipur. A special National Award has been constituted after the name of  Mahatma Gandhi for the senior most journalists of the country. Our production company has also produced some films on Gandhi lately,” added Dr. Marwah.

Martyr’s Day or Shaheed Diwas is observed every year on January 30 in the memory of Mahatma Gandhi, who was assassinated at Gandhi Smriti in the Birla House by Nathuram Godse in 1948. This year nation observed 74th Martyrs’ Day or Shaheed Diwas. The day is observed to remember the sacrifices made by freedom fighters in the struggle for India’s independence and to pay our respects to them. The event was supported by World Peace Development and Research Foundation, Prithvi Yoga Centre, Sahyog-Koshish and Asian Unity Alliance.

National Girl Child Day Observed at AAFT ICMEI

New Delhi: We have been trying our best to bring in equality in the society which prevails when it comes to girl child. Large number of programs round the year are designed to promote women and girl child,” said Dr. Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios and International Chamber of Media and Entertainment  Industry in a webinar organised to observe National Girl Child Day in association with AAFT University.

“To start with we have never  believed in difference between male or female when it comes to education. Same preference has been given to females at the time of education, sports, co-circular activities, arts & crafts, skill development and events from last 28 years of our education business. We have been promoting these ideas on our radio stations Radio Noida, Radio Raipur and now Radio Mumbai also. Interesting programs are crafted on MSTV to leave huge impact on masses. We are associated with large number of women organizations to support this issue whole heartedly,” added Dr. Marwah giving ample examples of different programs of awareness.

The National Girl Child Day is celebrated in India every year on January 24th. It was initiated in 2008 by the Ministry of Women and Child Development  and the government off India, in order to spread public awareness about inequities that girls face in Indian society.

Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Forum Celebrated Birth Anniversary

New Delhi: “One of India’s greatest freedom fighters, Subhash Chandra Bose will always be remembered as the fighter who gave India’s freedom movement all his sweat and blood. One of the greatest patriots to grace the country allegedly died in 1945 but he continues to inspire millions even today,” said Dr. Sandeep Marwah Chancellor of AAFT University of Media and Arts talking to the young media aspirants on the celebration of Birth Anniversary of Netaji organised by Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Forum.

“It is only on the basis of undiluted Nationalism and of perfect justice and impartiality that the Indian Army of Liberation can be built up.Give me blood and I will give you freedom! When we stand, the Azad Hind Fauz has to be like a wall of granite; when we march, the Azad Hind Fauz has to be like a steamroller Dr. Sandeep Marwah repeated the quotes said by Netaji many years back.

Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose was an Indian Nationalist whose patriotism towards India has left a mark in the hearts of many Indians. He is famously known as the founder of ‘Azad Hind Fauj’ and his famous slogan is ‘Tum Mujhe Khoon Do, Main Tumhe Aazadi Dunga’. Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose was born on  23 January,1897 in Cuttack, Orissa and he died on 18 August,1945, in a hospital in Taiwan after suffering from burn injuries sustained in a plane crash.

Indian Army Day Celebrated at Marwah Studios

New Delhi: The Indian Army was officially established on 1 April 1895. India got its first Army Chief in 1949. On 15 January 1949, Field Marshal K. M. Cariappa took over the first Commander-in-Chief of the Indian Army from General Francis Butcher, the last British Commander-in-Chief of India. This year, India has celebrated 74th Army Day on 15 January, 2022.

“The true soldier fights not because he hates what is in front of him, but because he loves what is behind him Read more. Our Army is the shield of our country protecting us from external threats. It is the sacrifice of our Indian soldiers that we can sleep peacefully at night. The army has sacrificed so much for us that we should thank these people for doing so much for us. Not only the men in the military but also the women has given so much for their country,” said Dr. Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios and Chancellor AAFT University in a meeting organised by International Chamber of Media and Entertainment Industry to celebrate Indian Army Day.

This is to inform you that Dr. Sandeep Marwah had spent eight years in uniform when he was in Delhi Home Guards. He joined the para military force as  volunteer officer in the rank of  Battalion Commander and rose upto District Commandant. He was taking care of force of 4500 men directly.

AAFT School of Hospitality and Tourism Celebrated National Tourism Day

New Delhi: National Tourism Day is celebrated across the country on January 25 every year to appreciate India’s beauty and spread awareness about the importance of tourism and its impact on the economy. The ministry of tourism is observing National Tourism Day under the aegis of ‘Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav’, a 75-week grand celebration to mark 75 years of India’s independence. This year’s theme for National Tourism Day is ‘Rural and Community Centric Tourism’ informed faculty at AAFT School of Hospitality and Tourism.

“The tourism industry has badly effected due to corona virus and it will take another two years for things to come back to Normal. We will not lose the heart, the things will recover in a much higher speed and  then there will be a boom in the industry,” said Dr. Sandeep Marwah President of AAFT School of Hospitality and Tourism while addressing people from the industry celebrating the National Tourism Day.

“Thirty years back I gave one word-Film Tourism- to English dictionary, nobody could understand that, today every country is talking about Film Tourism. To support our own decision we are able to attract Thirty lac people to Noida Film city through different events , festivals and film education & training,” added Dr. Marwah giving emphasis to Film Tourism.
